    In these modern times with overloaded stress and food products that are highly modified and completely unbeneficial to healthy life, it can seem hard to keep stay healthy.

    At JamesHealth1000Plus we consider that Health is dictated by what you put in your mouth.

    As the old saying goes, ‘What you eat today, walks and talks tomorrow’.

    What you choose to put in your mouth is solely up to you. We will try and help by guiding you with information so that your choices are easier.

    We have a system called “The ABC of Health”, which you can revert to whenever you loose track or feel confused about what will benefit your health.

    During the next section you will keep hearing clean and pure. Which means that if it is water then it is filtered. If it is food it has not been modified in any way and ideally is organic or biodynamic. Most certainly the way nature intended.

    We recognise that living on a self sustaining farm is not possible for most people.

    That is why this website is for normal people, living and working in built up areas, jobs, kids, normal daily stresses, trying to find a way through and enjoy their lives.

    Whenever you feel that your health is slipping away, come back to this page and follow the letters/steps, always starting at the letter (A). Then move on to the next letter.

    A) Drink clean WATER

    B) Eat pure VEGETABLES and SALADS

    C) Have RAW VEGETABLES whenever possible

    D) Eat Pure MEAT’s

    E) Eat more vegetables than meat

    F) Consume carbs, like bread and pasta in small quantities

    G) Stop drinking ALCOHOL

    H) Drink healthy teas – e.g. GREEN TEA and KOMBUCHA TEA

    I) Focus on eating highly nutrient dense foods. Nuts seeds and berries.

    J) Eat slower by putting your utensils down during mouthfuls.


    By following the steps above always starting at A, you will notice you regain your health. It happens very quickly if you dont stray from the guide.

    In the simplest terms – Only put into your mouth what is the BEST FOR YOUR HEALTH.

    At the end of the day, you are the only person who really cares about you. All food production industries from the fast food companies to the thousands of food products in the supermarkets only want one thing and that is your – money.

    There are some businesses who genuinely care about you and your health. Find out who they are and eat their products and live a life filled with health.
